PMI Emerald Coast is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing. PMI Emerald Coast is dedicated to providing our clients with excellent customer service by maximizing owner profitability while preserving their investment in real estate. At PMI Emerald Coast, we make property management, manageable! Our office is locally owned and independently operated. We are part of a larger franchise that has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years.
Nicole is a real-estate investor who decided her passion for real estate made a great model for a family business. Nicole teamed up with Property Management INC in 2013 to make her passion a reality. Nicole has a masters in business administration and has an extensive background in operations of large organizations. Nicole and her husband Robert Bartlett own 5 PMI franchises; PMI Tampa (Tampa FL), PMI Pikes Peak (Colorado Springs CO), Colorado Casa PMI (Colorado Springs CO), PMI Emerald Coast (Panama city, FL) PMI Gulf Property Solutions (Cape Coral, FL).
A life long native to Panama City, FL, Suzanne came to PMI Emerald Coast as an assistant to the LCAM in 2022. Suzanne has experience running her own business and managing people and projects.
Kelli came to PMI from Texas a couple of years ago. She brought with her almost 10 years of management experience. She became a licensed community manager in 2019 when she received her CMCA . She is super friendly and detail-oriented. She treats a community as if she lived there and is super excited to serve the HOA community with PMI Emerald Coast.
